One building block at a time.

Anxiety, frustration, depression, sadness almost every negative emotion we feel on daily basis is the result of our undesired attention towards one specific element. When an expert tells living a balanced life is the only way for long term healthy and happy life but who would explain that to my unnecessary anxiety or overthinking? If we are suffering in our work life, we tend to burst out of our frustration on our homies, or if we have a problem with our partner we are not 100 % efficient at work.

It takes months of practice to adapt to a lifestyle that contains building blocks for a fulfilling day. Honestly, it took a whole 1 year of a pandemic for me to realize why it is necessary to start adapting to the following elements in today's chaotic world.

Something that makes your body and minds active

A day with a workout vs a day without a workout shapes the entire day. One doesn’t have to be a fitness freak to accommodate half an hour of workout in daily routine. A half-hour of yoga, a small 2 km run, or a Zumba routine is enough to kick start a healthy day. Instead of waking up early, try to accommodate your workout in your pre-defined schedule.
